The first 2 (which were a pile of monkey droppings) are nothing on this one.
Pure excellence, right there. *points*
The acting has improved immensley. No more wooden-ness, no more cheesiness. 'Tis wonderful!
Gary Oldman was fantastic. I am in awe. Was he in 'Scarlet Letter' or something? Anyway, must. Rent.
There was, of course, room for improvement. I am annoyed that they didn't include more information about the animagi - they didn't even mention what James morphed into! It would also have been better if they stuck to the book more, but apparentley, that is 'impossible' in the world of film...whatever.
I read a review that said 'Even though the film was great, if you aren't a fan of Harry Potter, this film won't change your mind' and I disagree. i think it is more an adult film and more intellectual and I predict that the book sales will go up.
HARRY. POTTER. ROCKS. **
*ahem*
In other news, my 14 year old cousin is a knife wielding maniac.
And I thought I had a normal, average family...
